We want to be completely transparent about one thing: our business does not buy, fake, or manipulate customer reviews — ever. We don’t offer incentives to post reviews and we would never mislead a client or potential client with a fabricated review.
A law firm may buy a review as a shortcut to credibility. But it comes at a cost. Purchased or fabricated reviews do not reflect real client experience, the real impact of our work and the role we play in the community. Fake reviews and “incentivized” reviews mislead the very people a business is supposed to serve.
